 Question:  Must I be at home or at my office when you clean my house or business?

It's your choice. Many customers of our home and business cleaning service prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes. By far, the most efficient and problem-free way for everyone is for you to give us a key and alarm codes. 

Question:  How do you protect my keys?Your key is secured in a locked key storage device to which only Best Fresh management have access. The key is issued to the cleaning service team leader on the day of your clean. The team leader returns the key at the end of the day and management returns it to the secured container. In the unlikely event your key is lost, we're even insured for key replacement and re-keying your locks. 

 

Question:  How many people will clean my home or business?
We work in teams as required, based on the size of the site to be serviced.  Overall, teamwork proves to be the most efficient and each employee as required can concentrate on specific task while in your business or home. Our general cleaning services include vacuuming, dusting, kitchens and bathrooms, all of which adhere to our unique deep cleaning process. 

 

Question:  What if I would like something cleaned that is not part of your general cleaning service?
Best Fresh Cleaning Services  offers a wide variety of additional business or residence cleaning service options and special projects can be tailored to your exact needs. Contact your local Best Fresh Cleaning Services office for more information about specific projects and guidelines. 

 

 

Question:  Do I need to provide my own business or house cleaning products?

The Best Fresh Services personnel will always arrive at your business or home with our own cleaning products and equipment.  All of our products are environmentally-preferable and are safe for employees and small children and pets.

 

Question:  Will I always have the same cleaning service team?

We make every effort to have the same cleaning service personnel in your business or home. Occasionally there may be a change in a team member due to vacations or illness. The Best Fresh Cleaning Services team leader's job is to learn your business or home and to teach the other team personnel to deliver the quality that you would expect. 

 

Question:  Are your business or house cleaning service teams trained and supervised?
All Team personnel members are trained before they are permitted to enter your business or home. Training continues as we learn about new products/methods and to reinforce prior training. Each team includes a Team Leader to see cleaning tasks are correctly completed. Managers make periodic visits to client business and home locations to ensure we are meeting our cleaning service commitments.
